What do we do?
This aims to be a place and a tool for spreading the advanced culture of good coffee, its production methods, its different varieties and origins, alternative and traditional brewing methods, its correct serving and consumption.
A horizontal rather than vertical dissemination of information: made of dialogue, passion and sharing between producers, professionals, curious and enthusiasts.
We do not want to teach anything. We want to share the benefits reaped from our passion, discuss them and comment on them with you, so that we may evolve together.

The path of development we have chosen to follow is driven by our desire to be part of an evolved market, armed with the right tools .
We have opted for total transparency, to be accessible to everyone: we welcome our clients into our coffee-roasting plant.

Caffè Diemme is our way of showing all trade professionals in the coffee world that culture and research are an asset to share for the development of that world.
We want to be the driving force, a facilitator for all the stakeholders involved (from producers to coffee-lovers) by making our culture, production sites, passion and everyone who is a part of Diemme, available to all. We are convinced that thanks to this approach, baristas will be able to serve better coffees, and coffee-lovers will have a deeper understanding of the characteristics of coffee.

We have put our vision on show in a real concept store.
We do not want our vision of the coffee world to be just a dream. We believe that it can be a reality. We believe that it can make both baristas and coffee-lovers happy, offering emotions rather than just a simple “coffee”. It is for this reason we have brought into being: Caffè Diemme Italian Attitude, our concept store where you will find all of our research applied.
