THE SECRETS FOR
a perfect moka
The moka, the name already evokes an all-Italian tradition, it is the coffee machine par excellence.
Here are our tips for making a perfect step-by-step coffee.
Fill the kettle with water, preferably hot, up to under the valve. Fill the filter without pressing the mixture.
Put on the stove over low heat and turn off the heat as soon as the coffee starts bubbling. Stir the coffee before pouring it into the cups.
Rinse the moka pot with warm water and detergent; then allow the pieces to dry well. Always check that the gasket is in good condition.
