A single origin coffee with hazelnut notes, characterized by aromas of honey, mango and bitter cocoa. This coffee is grown in the Sidamo region, on the Moplaco farm: the southernmost and most productive in the country due to its ideal climatic conditions for growing excellent drupes. The coffees of this area, grown between 1600 and 1900 meters above sea level, are typically washed with high quality, with unique fruity flavors – such as lemon – and with the perfect balance between acidity and body. This type of coffee is often compared to the one grown in the Yirgacheffe region.
